Sindabezi This is unique being the only island camp on the Upper Zambezi River in the Victoria Falls area. Located 3 km downstream from Tongabezi Lodge (towards Victoria Falls), the lodge has magnificent views overlooking other islands and the nearby flood plain of the Zambezi National Park.
It is a tiny island offering the best wildlife experience area. The birdlife is outstanding and game is often seen around the island. The cottages are built from local timber, reed and thatch, with spectacular private views over the Zambezi. All chalets have cold running water, hot bucket showers, flush loos with views. The island is fully staffed and a qualified guide hosts guests and is available to take them on boat trips or canoeing. There is no electricity on the island - only lamps and candles. Note: no extra beds (triples) available on the island.
