New Kafue Safari
New Exploration Safari!
The rivers of the Kafue National Park just beg to be explored, so we’re thrilled to announce a new Exploration safari that does just that. "Kafue’s Rivers and Plains" is a great trip that takes in the Kafue, Lufupa and Lunga rivers along with the Busanga Plains through which these tributaries of the Kafue River flow. Fantastic wildlife sightings in this enormous and underdeveloped pristine wilderness area include an impressive variety of plains game as well as lion, leopard, cheetah, elephant, buffalo and hippo. In addition, the Kafue conserves some species of special interest including Lichtenstein’s hartebeest, sable, roan, puku, the diminutive oribi, and, incredibly, lechwe in their thousands. Accommodation for the 7-night, 8-day Exploration is in Lufupa Camp, Musanza Tented Camp and Lunga River Lodge.
